How to get sponsorship for a College Event?

Organizing events is hard but getting sponsors for one is harder.

Where do you even start? Who to approach? What to offer? are some of the questions that this article strives to address.

I am Aditya Thakur and have been Sponsorship & Outreach Head for a number of events now. Here I have compiled a list of resources to help you get sponsors for your next Technical Event:

Who to approach?

The first key to sponsorship is identifying who to collaborate with. This could vary depending on the event and you need to make sure the company you approach and the domain of your event align.

Events are incomplete with certificates to winners or participants. Organizations, community chapters, colleges, companies can apply to receive GiveMyCertificate sponsorship offer.
